Before commencing care, we will conduct a comprehensive care assessment to understand your needs. Care plans are reviewed regularly and can be adjusted as needs change.
Our fees are outlined in your Service Agreement. We reserve the right to review and adjust fees with reasonable notice. Invoices are issued weekly/monthly (as agreed) and payment is due within 14 days unless otherwise arranged.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation of scheduled visits. Visits cancelled with less notice may be charged at the full rate. In the case of hospital admission or emergency, we will waive cancellation charges.
